What is mentoring and its benefits ?

Mentoring involves helping individual’s develop their potentials by helping them shape their beliefs and values in a positive way through discussion and development with an experienced person in a particular field.

Our protegee package support of mentoring programme is tailored to enhancing the leadership skills of both female and male leaders from different third sectors , community organisations , volunteers, and different walks of life with the intent of empowering, mentoring young people in the community, and around the world.

This would establish a safe area for people to be themselves and form strong supporting relationships in order to achieve a brighter future. This would provide a platform for inspired leadership and models to share their true-life stories and career experiences, which would help to build a great future for young people in society and reduce the impact of family breakdown, domestic violence, anti-social behaviour, early pregnancy, social injustice, isolation, loneliness, but also develop capacity building, human development potentials, and improve their mental health and holistic wellbeing.
